Reminder on Unit Protocol and dismissal time

Please be reminded that the unit will follow strictly to the dismissal time as stated in the training program. However, sometimes there is need to brief some individual on certain activity and instruction. Therefore, the unit seek the understanding on these occasions.

After the dismissal parade, all cadets should make their way home and the unit is not responsible for any form of activity outside the training hour unless being approved by the teacher officers, and at the presence of a teacher officer.

Any form of last minute meeting or discussion cannot be held without the presence of a teacher officer. This form of activity is strongly discouraged as it cannot be classified as unit activity but yet often mistaken as one. NCOs, CIs and seniors are in no authority to keep cadets back outside training hours. This form of meeting is purely voluntary and cadets attending any outing of this form must make it clear to their parents that it is not a NPCC activity that they are attending.

Cadets who are unable to stay back for an form of approved last minute discussion are allowed to leave. Those who are required to stay back must seek their parents approval before doing so.

The unit will not hesitate to punish any individual who do not follow the above instruction.
